Stonepeak Completes Acquisition of Estia Health

SYDNEY – October 30, 2026 – Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Estia Health, one of Australia’s leading residential aged care operators, alongside minority co-investor Axight Capital Limited.
