In this role, Jack shares broad responsibilities across investing and the firm’s day-to-day business. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Jack worked for Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a hedge fund that focuses on distressed debt and merger arbitrage. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Jack worked for Denham Capital and Credit Suisse. Jack also serves on the boards of King Ranch, Inc and Texas Children’s Hospital and sits on the Board of Overseers at the Hoover Institution.
Jack received a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Business Economics Program), Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Austin.

During his 25-year career at Macquarie, Darren worked across various industries and geographies including being based in London for ten years. Since 2011, Darren has been located in Sydney and focused on opportunities in Asia Pacific. He was a member of Macquarie Capital’s Global Executive Committee as well as a board member for several operating subsidiaries.
