Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Zachary was an associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Earlier in his career, he was a Director in the Global Energy Group within the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse.
