Prior to joining Stonepeak, Georg was Head of Renewables Transactions at Allianz Capital Partners (ACP), where he was instrumental in building ACP’s 3.1GW European renewables portfolio. Prior to his 14 years at ACP, Georg worked at Dresdner Kleinwort in client coverage and corporate credit.
Georg received a Diploma in Banking Economics from Frankfurt School of Finance and a Rating Analyst degree from Georg-Simon-Ohm University Nuremberg.

Jack Howell

Jack is Co-President of Stonepeak, a member of the Stonepeak Executive Committee, and a member of all of the firm’s investment committees. In this role, Jack shares broad responsibilities across investing and the firm’s day-to-day business. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Jack worked for Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a hedge fund that focuses on distressed debt and merger arbitrage. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Jack worked for Denham Capital and Credit Suisse. Jack also serves on the board of King Ranch, Inc and Texas Children’s Hospital.
Jack received a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Business Economics Program), Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to Boundary Street, he was a Vice President at CapitalSource, a division of Pacific Western Bank, where he co-led technology origination and underwriting focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to CapitalSource, he worked at MCG Capital Corporation and International Business Machines Corporation in various portfolio management, underwriting, origination, finance and accounting roles.
