Cyrus Gentry

Cyrus is a Managing Director with Stonepeak and Chief Executive Officer of SP+ INFRA. Cyrus joined Stonepeak in 2017 and has played a senior role in the firm’s investing activities in the digital infrastructure sector in both North America and Europe. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Cyrus held investing roles at BC Partners, focusing on the industrials and telecommunications sectors, as well as Advent International and J.P. Morgan.
Cyrus received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He currently sits on the Board of the South Street Seaport Museum in New York and serves as one of the Church Commissioners for the Church of England, who hold responsibility for managing the Church’s permanent endowment fund.
Andy Giffhorn

Andy is an Operating Partner with Stonepeak and supports the firm’s efforts in energy. Andy most recently served as Senior Vice President, Lubricants & Specialties at Phillips 66, where he led the company’s global lubricants, solvents and polypropylene businesses and was responsible for commercial and operational performance across the portfolio. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President, Midstream Commercial & Business Development at Phillips 66, overseeing commercial strategy and business development activities across the company’s midstream platform. Prior to joining Phillips 66, Andy served as Vice President of Business Development at Energy Transfer. Earlier in his career, he was a Director in the Global Energy Group within the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse.
Andy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Jack Gillespie

Jack Gillespie is a Principal with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Jack was an Investment Principal at JPMorgan Asset Management where he worked on the firm’s open ended Infrastructure Investment Fund. Prior to JPMorgan Asset Management, Jack worked at Macquarie Capital advising on infrastructure transactions in both APAC and EMEA.
Jack received a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Andrew Gillick

Andrew is a Managing Director and Director of Research with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Andrew served as Managing Director, Energy Sector Strategist at Enverus. Prior to Enverus, he was Director, Energy Sector Strategist at ITG. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Goose Hill Capital, Certain Energy, and LDH Energy.
Andrew received an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to EQT, he worked at Morgan Stanley in strategy and analytics roles within the Wealth Management division.

Samantha is a Director with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Samantha was an Assistant Vice President at Blackstone where she managed the conflicts clearance and NDA process for all indirect and direct investing opportunities for Blackstone’s Hedge Fund Solution Group. Prior to Blackstone, she worked at Allianz Global Investors and Macquarie Asset Management in an investment advisory and trade surveillance capacity.

Prior to Orgill, he held C-level and executive roles at Sealed Air Corporation, ThermoFisher Scientific, Northop Grumman, and Raytheon.

Peter Han

Jack Howell

Jack is Co-President of Stonepeak, a member of the Stonepeak Executive Committee, and a member of all of the firm’s investment committees. In this role, Jack shares broad responsibilities across investing and the firm’s day-to-day business. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Jack worked for Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a hedge fund that focuses on distressed debt and merger arbitrage. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Jack worked for Denham Capital and Credit Suisse. Jack also serves on the boards of King Ranch, Inc and Texas Children’s Hospital and sits on the Board of Overseers at the Hoover Institution.
Jack received a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Business Economics Program), Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Austin.
Eric Hsu

Before joining Stonepeak, Pat was a co-Founder and Partner at Boundary Street Capital, where he focused on private credit investments in the enterprise software and digital services sectors, as well as general fund oversight and administration. Prior to Boundary Street, he was a Vice President at CapitalSource, a division of Pacific Western Bank, where he co-led technology origination and underwriting focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to CapitalSource, he worked at MCG Capital Corporation and International Business Machines Corporation in various portfolio management, underwriting, origination, finance and accounting roles.
