Manuvir is an Operating Partner with Stonepeak and supports our efforts in the digital infrastructure sector. Manuvir previously served as VP, Enterprise Computing at Nvidia where he reported to Jensen Huang, leading teams working to democratize AI by bringing full-stack accelerated computing to every enterprise customer. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining NVIDIA in 2019, he held a range of senior roles at Dell and Microsoft, where he helped to create the Azure cloud computing platform, and was an affiliate professor at the University of Washington.
Manuvir received a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Kally DeAngelo

Kally is a Managing Director with Stonepeak and is Head of Human Resources. Before joining Stonepeak, Kally worked at Apollo as the Human Capital Business Partner for the global credit business. Prior to Apollo, she worked at Bank of America, AIG, and HSBC in a variety of strategic and client-focused roles in human resources and consumer banking.
Kally received a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.
Michael DeFrank

Michael is a Vice President with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Michael worked at Houlihan Lokey within the Healthcare M&A investment banking group.
Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a specialization in alternative asset management and a minor in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
Aditya Dhar

Aditya is an Operating Partner with Stonepeak, supporting the firm’s energy transition efforts across Asia. He previously served as Investment Director at Climate Fund Managers (CFM), a climate change mitigation and adaptation focused asset manager, where he was responsible for sourcing and managing investments in energy transition, water and waste-related infrastructure across Southeast Asia. Prior to CFM, Aditya was a Director at Nexif Energy, an energy transition platform, leading investment, development and management of renewable energy projects across Southeast Asia and Australia. He also served as an Investment Officer at the Infrastructure Finance Corporation, structuring innovative infrastructure projects for government partners across South Asia, Africa and South America. He began his career at Infrastructure Development Finance Company, working on large project finance transactions across power, steel and other infrastructure sectors in India.
Aditya received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Lukas Diesler

Lukas is a Vice President with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Lukas was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company’s Private Equity practice, where he specialized in commercial due diligence and advised private equity clients and their portfolio companies on value creation strategies.
Lukas received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, and completed part of his studies at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Michael Dorrell

Michael is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Stonepeak and is a member of the Stonepeak Executive Committee. He has been deeply involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 2011. Today, Michael directs Stonepeak’s strategy and investment decisions, and oversees the firm’s continued expansion into new regions and product areas.
Michael has more than twenty years of experience investing in infrastructure. A longer-tenured investor in a relatively young and still maturing asset class, Michael has been a leader in infrastructure investing, successfully deploying capital across the entire landscape through economic cycles.
Prior to forming Stonepeak, Michael was a Senior Managing Director in Private Equity and Co-Head of the Infrastructure Investment group at Blackstone. Before Blackstone, Michael worked for over a decade at Macquarie, where he started his career, first in Australia and later in New York where he took on roles of increasing responsibility within the firm and ultimately held the title of Senior Managing Director.
Michael received a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
Kate Dorsey

Kate is a Managing Director with Stonepeak in the Capital Markets group. Before joining Stonepeak, Kate was a Director at MUFG, where she focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to MUFG, she worked in the project finance group at BNP Paribas.
Kate received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University.
Katherine DuRie

Katherine is a Director with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Katherine held management company accounting roles at Sound Point Capital Management and King Street Capital Management. Prior to that, she worked for the Alternative Research and Data Services group at S.A.C Capital Advisors.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Xavier Eales

Xavier is a Vice President with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Xavier was a Vice President in the TMT group at JP Morgan in New York. Prior to that, he was as a Principal in the technology and financial services group at Barrenjoey in Sydney. He began his career in the financial institutions group at JP Morgan in Sydney.
Xavier received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Matthew Edelstein

Matthew is a Vice President with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Matthew was a member of the Global Industrials and Natural Resources Groups at Morgan Stanley, where he worked on M&A and financing transactions across a variety of sectors, including chemicals, building products, metals & mining, industrial automation, and other diversified industrials.
Matthew received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Classics from Princeton University.
Zach Ennis

Zach is a Managing Director with Stonepeak. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Zach was a member of the Energy group at Evercore, where he focused primarily on the midstream sector.
Zach received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Finance and Energy Policy from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ellen Erpenbeck

Ellen is a Vice President with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Ellen was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where she sat on the Equity Private Placements team and advised clients on private financing solutions and aided in raising pre-IPO capital.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a double major in Economics from Northwestern University.

Zachary Feingold

Zachary is a Senior Managing Director and Chief of Staff with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Zachary spent ten years at Coatue, where he was Chief Legal Officer and involved as a senior member of management across all strategic and operational functions. Prior to Coatue, Zachary served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he was a member of the office’s Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force and Complex Frauds Unit and led investigations and prosecutions in an array of complex white-collar matters. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Zachary was an associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Zachary received a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from American University.
Sharmin Ferdusy

Sharmin is a Vice President in Information Technology with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Sharmin was a Senior Systems Engineer at Xerox Corporation, a Managed IT Service Provider.
